Murex Tech Integration Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and refactor Murex workflows, integration points, and MxML (Workflows, Exchange)
• Manage the migration of Murex applications from on-premise to AWS instances
• Perform migration of trades, market data, and other reference data
• Develop, refactor, and maintain Datamarts, extractions, and associated scripts
• Integrate Murex with third-party confirmation and settlement systems
• Build new up-stream and down-stream integrations and convert existing points during version changes
• Perform various levels of testing, including participation in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve environment issues and support requests

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Murex Integration (MxML/WF)
• Hands-on experience with MxMLExchange, RTBS/MDCS, and Datamart
• Proficiency in SQL/RDBMS technology
• Strong knowledge of XML/JSON and XSLT
• Experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, C++, or C#
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., bsh, ksh, or Shell)

Preferred Qualifications

• BS or higher degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Computer Science
• Experience with AWS EC2 instance deployments
• Understanding of MxTest or Onyx for executing test cases
• Knowledge of MXpress, MXplus updates, and MX.3 main-branch upgrades
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, and DevOps practices
