Description Music Production Sales Representative – Middle East Location: Dubai, UAE - full-time, remote work Salary: AED 12.000 p/m base salary + AED 4.000 p/m on-target earnings. If you’ve got sales experience and a passion for music production, we have a fantastic role for you. At Paxt, we represent the world’s leading pro audio, musical instrument and music technology brands in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to work in our Middle East regions, representing our growing family of Music Production brands, including Focusrite, Novation, Oberheim and Sequential. You’ll be providing an on-the-ground perspective to help grow the Paxt business, regularly travelling internationally throughout GCC, with a focus on the development of accounts in the KSA and UAE. Great at building rapport and long-term business relationships, you’ll be co-ordinating marketing and sales activities, helping to identify and communicate trends, market data and opportunities to refine our business strategy in the region. Key Responsibilities Musical Instrument/technology Reseller Development: identify, recruit, measure, and co-ordinate the development of West African musical instrument/technology resellers. Capable trainer and presenter, both one to one and one to many. Generate local insight, working with the UK to identify new trends and opportunities. To help to identify and develop relationships with a growing local influencer network. Content marketing deployment, working closely with the UK and local partners.

Experience, attributes, and skills Knowledge and lived experience of Music Production. Professional sales experience (minimum 2 years). Fluent English & Arabic essential. Local knowledge of, and permission to safely travel across, the whole GCC territories. Strong people skills; a gift for building rapport and forming lasting business relationships. Ability to spot new opportunities and make things happen. Commercial outlook, with a commitment to fair and equitable business. Great organisational skills to co-ordinate multiple, concurrent activities utilising clear communication with all stakeholders.
