Notion Expert/Systems Builder

Responsibilities

• Designing and building scalable Notion workspaces
• Creating databases, dashboards and documentation
• Developing custom workflows and automations
• Improving user experience and workspace structure
• Building templates and internal operating systems
• Advising on best practice and recommending improvements
• Supporting ad hoc enhancements as new requirements arise

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building advanced Notion workspaces
• Portfolio of previous Notion projects
• Experience with complex databases, relations, rollups and formulas
• Knowledge of Notion AI and integrations is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to turn ideas into practical solutions
• Proactive approach to bringing recommendations
