Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, counsel, treat, and manage patients through telehealth for gynecologic and reproductive health concerns
• Manage contraceptive counseling, menopause, PCOS, fibroids, and endometriosis
• Provide fertility assessment, pregnancy options counseling, and sexual wellness care
• Coordinate with primary care, mental health, and in-person clinical teams for whole-person care
• Determine when patients require in-person examinations, laboratory testing, or specialty referrals
• Contribute to the development of virtual care pathways and clinical protocols

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with current national board certification (ANCC, AANP, NCC, or NCCPA)
• Active California license and DEA registration
• At least two years of independent outpatient clinical experience
• Demonstrated expertise in gynecologic and reproductive health management
• Ability to provide high-quality telehealth care and clinical judgment for virtual vs. in-person needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner certification
• Experience managing menopause, perimenopause, or sexual medicine
• Prior telehealth experience
• Experience working within an integrated or multidisciplinary care model
