Nursing Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Research healthcare-related topics to ensure content is accurate and up to date
• Write, edit, and strategically develop video scripts, assessment questions, and supplemental learning materials
• Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure alignment with editorial standards
• Optimize content for learner engagement and SEO visibility
• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical illustrators, video editors, product managers, and marketing teams
• Participate in content improvement initiatives and quality updates
• Support innovation in digital and multimedia teaching resources

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nursing license
• Advanced or terminal degree (e.g., MSN, DNP, EdD, PhD)
• Teaching experience with NP, LPN, or RN programs
• Experience in writing, editing, question development, and content strategy
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content development
• Understanding of SEO principles
• Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office, learning platforms)
• Availability to contribute at least 15 hours per week
