Responsibilities

• Manage a strategic portfolio of new clients to ensure a fluid integration journey
• Investigate integration failures, analyze logs, and propose quick solutions during onboarding
• Provide excellent and humanized support to internal and external clients
• Monitor operational KPIs to anticipate bottlenecks
• Identify process optimization opportunities and propose action plans
• Assist client developers in understanding API documentation and resolving technical integration queries

Requirements

• Previous experience in the payment methods market (essential)
• Experience in technical customer support, technical onboarding, or systems integration
• Focus on goals, quality delivery, and agile problem-solving
• Ability to read metrics and translate technical terms (such as APIs) for clients
• Intermediate English is a differentiator
