Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers from contract signature through go-live
• Lead Zoom onboarding calls to configure payroll, bookkeeping, taxes, and other Every products
• Coordinate internally across Payroll, Tax, Bookkeeping, and other product teams
• Own the full contract process including sending, tracking, and following up on signatures
• Update billing systems accurately when contracts are executed
• Proactively manage open items, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple customer onboardings
• Surface blockers early and drive resolution
• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and clearly
• Build and refine onboarding playbooks as the company scales

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
• 1-3 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or a relevant role
• Exceptional communication skills with confidence on video calls with executives
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong project coordination instincts
• Highly responsive and organized with a systems-driven approach
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
• Quick to learn new tools and technology

• Exposure to payroll, bookkeeping, fintech, or financial operations
