Responsibilities

  • Lead account management of assigned customers, including contracting, invoicing, and client status calls
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients overseeing project execution
  • Lead conference sponsorships and related client-facing activities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to research client objectives and develop tailored solutions
  • Liaise with clients at conferences, virtual meetings, and face-to-face meetings
  • Stay informed on oncology market trends and maintain prospect lists
  • Support client scheduling, communications, and pipeline tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products, Zoom, and project management software
  • Ability to travel regularly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Medical Education experience
