Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage patient-facing and internal billing questions, including resolving denials and insurance verifications
• Work claims end-to-end with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth billing
• Support process streamlining through automation suggestions and tool optimization
• Support ad-hoc operations projects such as payer-specific billing and service line expansions
• Develop and maintain SOPs for operations workflows and flag process gaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to communicate billing updates and escalate complex cases
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to test and optimize AI-powered billing tools

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an operations role
• Experience with revenue cycle, medical billing, or healthcare preferred
• Strong professional and empathetic communication skills for patient interaction
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working with technology, automation, and AI tools
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical coding background (CPC/CCS credentialed)
