Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maximize team efficiency for online agents
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance-based exits
• Use data and dashboards to make informed decisions, identify operational gaps, and drive improvements
• Handle internal and external escalations and daily operational issues
• Collaborate with other departments to refine systems and processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Proven experience managing remote or online agent teams
• Strong data mindset with the ability to interpret numbers and take actionable steps
• Proficiency with tech tools, CRMs, dashboards, and automations
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• High level of ownership and a results-oriented mindset
