Oracle EPM Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Financials and Oracle EPM Cloud applications including ARCS, EPBCS, and EDMCS
• Collaborate with financial stakeholders to develop solutions for analytics, accounting, reconciliation, and planning needs
• Support EPM processes including account reconciliations, transaction matching, budgeting, forecasting, and metadata management
• Lead business analysis, requirements development, and IT test procedures including UAT
• Document and diagram existing and future-state system and business processes
• Translate functional business requirements into technical requirements for engineering and integration teams
• Monitor Oracle Cloud updates and assess business impact

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, finance, information systems, or related field
• 5 years of experience supporting Oracle Financials, ERP, or Oracle Cloud applications
• Required experience with Oracle EPM Cloud applications (ARCS, EPBCS, or EDMCS)
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries
• Solid understanding of SOX, HIPAA, and ITIL compliance
• Experience with Oracle EPM integrations and data management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience supporting Concur T&E platform
• Experience with Oracle Narrative Reporting
