Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the scaling of grassroots organizing strategy, methodology, and practices
  • Provide structure and vision for programs that establish and shape organizing culture
  • Maintain baseline skillsets and shared understanding across the organization
  • Develop methodology to test the success of programming and adoption of centralized approaches
  • Partner with department leaders to build systems and services that support chapters and grassroots infrastructure
  • Supervise up to 8 staff members

Requirements

  • Strategic, collaborative, and equity-driven organizing leader
  • Ability to travel as required by the role
  • Experience in scaling grassroots organizing strategy and methodology
  • Deep relationship-building and mutual accountability with organizational leadership
  • Experience in managing teams and building systems to support grassroots infrastructure
