We provide an innovative, evidence-based approach to deliver patient-centered, whole-person support for survivors throughout the cancer journey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to eligible cancer survivors to introduce OncoveryCare and support scheduling
• Prepare patients for visits by providing necessary information and tech support
• Manage patient communication via appointment confirmations and follow-up emails
• Coordinate with the care team to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth patient experiences
• Send welcome packets and educational materials to patients
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and scheduled appointments
• Suggest workflow improvements based on outreach trends and patient conversations
• Handle administrative tasks to support the onboarding process

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in patient-facing, customer service, sales, or care coordination roles
• Warm, professional, and empathetic phone presence
• Comfort with cold-calling and high-volume outreach
• Sensitivity and compassion when discussing cancer and working with survivors
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a remote-first environment
• Tech-savviness with EHRs, CRMs, spreadsheets, and communication platforms

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
