Job description

About the Company

At Trendyol Legal, we go beyond compliance—shaping business decisions with legal insight and strategic perspective. As trusted advisors, we support teams across the company on matters ranging from contracts and corporate law to labor, competition, transportation, and regulatory frameworks. By embedding legal thinking into every stage of business design, we safeguard the company’s integrity while enabling agile, sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, format, and file legal documents while maintaining a standardized "house style" across all templates and correspondence.
  • Oversee regional corporate governance, including trade license renewals, general assembly documentation, and maintaining statutory registers.
  • Lead the end-to-end attestation and notarization process for corporate documents and manage the submission of government forms.
  • Design and manage the department’s digital archives and trackers to ensure 100% data retrieval accuracy and integrity.
  • Set internal SOPs and playbooks for legal workflows, managing the intake of matters to ensure all deadlines and business goals are met.
  • Coordinate the procurement of external legal services, including auditing law firm invoices and monitoring the department budget.
  • Respond to intellectual property (IP) complaints by gathering internal data, maintaining trackers, and supporting takedown actions.
  • Organize legal training sessions, group events, and workshops while serving as the primary point of contact for external partners.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in an executive legal administrative or senior paralegal role, ideally within tech, e-commerce, or retail.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is required for handling regional legal and statutory documentation.
  • Exceptional document formatting skills with an eye for aesthetics, consistency, and professional standardization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace, with the ability to create automated dashboards for tracking spend and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory filings, and basic legal procurement/budgeting processes.
  • Proactive mindset with the professional maturity to handle sensitive information and identify process gaps independently.
  • High level of tech-savviness, with experience leveraging AI tools.
  • Proven ability to manage complex workflows and interact effectively with government entities and internal stakeholders.

Benefits

  • Hybrid working model with flexibility: a schedule that helps you find the right balance between flexibility and team bonding, including work-from-abroad opportunities and a summer working model.
  • Personalised training allowance and learning opportunities: Use your annual budget for any training or conference of your choice, explore our Learning Management System (LMS) anytime, and join in-person learning sessions offered throughout the year.
  • Responsibility from day one: Take full ownership from the start in a culture where every voice is heard and valued.
  • A diverse, international team: Collaborate with global peers across our offices in Berlin, Amsterdam, Dubai, and beyond, in a startup-spirited and collaborative environment.
  • Opportunities to grow with the best: Tackle meaningful challenges, develop through hands-on experience, and grow with the support of expert guidance and global mentoring.
  • Meaningful connections beyond tasks: Be part of team rituals, events, and social activities that help us stay connected and inspired.
