Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and build the global partner ecosystem by driving strategy and execution for high-value strategic partners across Turkey and Qatar
  • Develop and manage joint business plans and align with senior partner stakeholders on mutual growth objectives
  • Drive the full sales lifecycle from opportunity registration to deal closure to ensure partner-sourced revenue
  • Influence partner go-to-market strategies and coordinate demand generation activities
  • Manage and optimize partner incentive programs, including MDF and SPIFF
  • Drive partner sales enablement through advanced training and certifications for sales and technical teams
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams on joint territory planning and alignment

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner management, SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or Security sales and channel management
  • Proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue and business growth in Turkey and Qatar
  • Fluent in both English and Turkish
  • Expertise in managing partner programs and incentives such as MDF and SPIFF
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and security solutions
  • Ability to travel 30-50% based on business needs
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior-level executives within partner organizations
