Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver partner onboarding, training, and sales enablement programs tailored by partner type and maturity.
  • Create sales playbooks, enablement content, and multimedia learning assets to increase partner sales productivity.
  • Track and report adoption, certification rates, pipeline contribution, and other performance metrics; iterate programs to improve outcomes.
  • Plan, prioritise and manage multiple enablement initiatives across regions and partner segments with strong project management discipline.
  • Present and facilitate workshops confidently for partners and internal stakeholders, simplifying complex solutions for diverse audiences.
  • Align partner enablement activities to GTM priorities, partner business objectives, and measurable KPIs.
  • Support UAE-based partner activities and contribute to regional in-person events as required (hybrid role).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building enablement for emerging partner ecosystems

  • Familiarity with partner incentive or co-sell models
  • Exposure to CRM or marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Multimedia content creation (videos, interactive guides)
  • Regional GTM and localisation experience
