Job description
Responsibilities
- Establish and scale the partner ecosystem across the Middle East by identifying, onboarding, and activating strategic partners
- Co-design and execute resell channel strategies to support market expansion beyond the UAE
- Drive joint go-to-market planning and partner readiness to increase solution influence and presentation rates
- Execute joint prospecting and pipeline development activities to meet sourced and influenced ACV targets
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and manage partner performance through defined KPIs and operational rigor
- Collaborate with Field Marketing to support regional GTM campaigns, events, and thought leadership activities
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or Sales/Channel Management
- Proven experience and working knowledge of the UAE and broader Middle East markets and partner dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute complex partner strategies (GSI/SI, Advisory, ISV)
- Strong C-suite engagement skills with the ability to influence and persuade executive leaders
- High level of autonomy and a self-starter mentality with a results-driven approach
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Strong financial acumen and experience in business case development
- Knowledge of HCM or Financial Management business processes
