Job description

Responsibilities

  • Establish and scale the partner ecosystem across the Middle East by identifying, onboarding, and activating strategic partners
  • Co-design and execute resell channel strategies to support market expansion beyond the UAE
  • Drive joint go-to-market planning and partner readiness to increase solution influence and presentation rates
  • Execute joint prospecting and pipeline development activities to meet sourced and influenced ACV targets
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and manage partner performance through defined KPIs and operational rigor
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing to support regional GTM campaigns, events, and thought leadership activities

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or Sales/Channel Management
  • Proven experience and working knowledge of the UAE and broader Middle East markets and partner dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute complex partner strategies (GSI/SI, Advisory, ISV)
  • Strong C-suite engagement skills with the ability to influence and persuade executive leaders
  • High level of autonomy and a self-starter mentality with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in business case development
  • Knowledge of HCM or Financial Management business processes
