Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle with veterinary practices, from lead generation and cold outreach to demos, closing, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clinic leadership, practice managers, and multi-location decision-makers
  • Support the onboarding and adoption of new clinic partners to ensure a smooth experience across individual practices and large account groups
  • Proactively identify solutions to customer pain points by communicating the value of Koala’s home delivery pharmacy solution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Service, and Leadership teams to improve the partner experience
  • Stay current on industry trends within the animal health and veterinary communities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience
  • At least 1 year of experience managing multi-location accounts
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Animal Health industry
  • Previous experience working in Veterinary or Pet care
  • A passion for animals
