Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own publisher relationships from initial outreach through signed contract and integration success
  • Conduct discovery to understand publisher monetization strategy, pain points, and KPIs
  • Review AI-generated optimization recommendations before presenting to publishers
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth technical onboarding and lead executive business reviews
  • Design and analyze A/B tests for pricing strategies, demand partner mix, and user segmentation
  • Identify expansion opportunities including additional apps, new formats, and increased spend
  • Work with the product team to address publisher needs in roadmap discussions

Requirements

  • 4+ years of mobile app monetization experience, ideally from platforms like MAX, ironSource, or Unity Ads
  • Direct account management experience with high-revenue publishers ($50M+ annual ad revenue)
  • Hands-on experience with ad mediation, account optimization, and programmatic advertising
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and revenue modeling
  • Technical fluency in SDK integration, auction mechanics, and platform architecture
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
  • An AI-forward approach to scaling analysis and communication
