Responsibilities

• Define and monitor key payment KPIs through automated reports and dashboards
• Analyze payment and user data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Investigate payment performance, including failed transactions, decline reasons, and conversion patterns
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support product, finance, and business decisions
• Present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Build and maintain reporting tables, data models, and visualization structures
• Ensure payment data is accurate, consistent, and business-friendly

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience in payment analytics (payment, billing, or transaction data)
• Strong SQL skills for extracting and transforming complex datasets
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and statistical analysis
• Practical experience with dbt
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
• Fluent Ukrainian for day-to-day team communication
