Payments Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct merchant underwriting and due diligence
• Perform annual compliance reviews and merchant outreach
• Process administrative modifications such as bank account changes
• Analyze BSA/AML alerts with an investigative mindset
• Maintain professional communications with customers to resolve compliance issues
• Audit daily routines to identify bottlenecks and leverage AI tools for process automation
