Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end U.S. payroll processing and assist with international activities
• Analyze payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Validate payroll inputs including earnings, deductions, taxes, and garnishments
• Perform payroll reconciliations including gross-to-net and tax reconciliations
• Administer Workday Payroll and Time Tracking modules
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
• Manage off-cycle payrolls, adjustments, and employee terminations
• Support quarterly and year-end activities including W-2 processing
• Partner with HRIS on Workday enhancements and testing
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience
• 3+ years of experience with Workday payroll modules
• Strong expertise in U.S. payroll tax compliance
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
• Strong report writing and data analysis skills
• Ability to work independently in a global environment
