Personal Injury Intake Case Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation caseload
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Coordinate medical treatment and obtain medical records and bills
• Handle property damage claims and support case progression
• Maintain accurate case documentation and prepare files for demand readiness

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Minimum 1 year of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation case management experience
• Experience handling motor vehicle accident cases
• Experience coordinating medical treatment, insurance communications, and property damage claims
• Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm managing high-volume caseloads
