Platform Engineer/Automation Tester

Responsibilities

• Guide junior or mid-level testers through mentoring and code reviews
• Lead automation initiatives and framework enhancements
• Setup and configure test automation frameworks in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
• Facilitate CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
• Design, develop, and run automated test scripts in the cloud
• Develop test procedures to validate requirements and capabilities
• Work with manual testers to prioritize automation value
• Manage and execute tests using NUnit and TestNG

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience developing automated test scripts using ReactJS and NodeJS
• Proficiency with Selenium, Playwright, jest, mocha, or chai
• 5+ years of experience setting up test automation frameworks in AWS or Azure
• Experience testing APIs through gateways and cloud services
• Experience with containerized applications (Docker, K8s, OpenShift)
• Strong understanding of Cloud, Agile, and DevSecOps methodologies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing automated test scripts for complex Java-based web applications
