Responsibilities

• Develop full-cycle playable ads for mobile advertising networks including Meta, Unity Ads, IronSource, Mintegral, and TikTok
• Implement interactive 3D gameplay, UI, and game scenarios based on LifeSIM 3D visuals
• Adapt builds to technical requirements of various ad networks regarding size, loading, FPS, and formats
• Work from technical specifications to quickly assemble MVP versions and iterate based on feedback
• Optimize assets, textures, animations, audio, and final project size
• Participate in forming internal production standards for playable ads
• Prepare optimized HTML5/WebGL builds for advertising formats

Requirements

• Proven experience in playable ads development with a portfolio of real work
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript
• Experience using Cocos Creator and/or Three.js
• Understanding of HTML5/WebGL build pipelines for playable ads
• Knowledge of ad network technical constraints (size, loading speed, formats)
• Skills in optimizing 2D/3D assets, textures, animations, and audio
• Ability to work with existing assets and simplify scenes to meet advertising constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D characters, animations, scenes, and simple game logic
• Experience with Mixamo or other character animation tools
• Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, or Blender
• Strong awareness of playable ads, mobile ads, and UA creatives
• Interest in using AI tools within the production pipeline
