Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee investment portfolios, including optimization, selection, cash management, and risk management
• Develop and direct the execution of investment programs to achieve client objectives
• Perform deep-dive fundamental research and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data
• Build reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholders
• Streamline and automate processes including security selection and position weighting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, privacy laws, and anti-money laundering requirements
• Provide strategic advice to Alternative Asset Managers and Family Offices to develop actionable investment plans
• Evaluate client advancement toward goals using KPIs and scoring matrices

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• CFA designation required
• Minimum 10+ years of specific portfolio management experience
• 5+ years of experience as an analyst or extensive industry experience including trading knowledge
• Proficiency in Morningstar Direct, Microsoft Office, FactSet, Bloomberg, or BlackRock Aladdin
• Deep understanding of asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management across public and private markets
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Advanced Degree in Accounting, Financial, Mathematical, or Quantitative Analysis
• CFP or other relevant industry designations
