Post-Editor

Responsibilities

• Perform light and full post-editing on Machine Translation outputs
• Ensure target text correctly reflects the meaning of the source
• Provide corrections and text optimization based on MT output
• Follow post-editing guidelines and quality standards
• Perform linguistic tasks using translation memory, glossaries, and style guides
• Maintain high grammatical accuracy and correct terminology
• Correct formatting, tagging, punctuation, and cultural references

Requirements

• Degree in Translation, Applied Linguistics, or equivalent experience
• Native Danish speaker
• Experience in Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE)
• Proficiency in English (comprehension and writing)
• Experience with Translation Memory tools and Translation Management Systems (TMS)
• Proficiency with SDL Studio and CAT tools
• Expertise in IT/Software and technical documentation translation
