Power BI Developer

Responsibilities

• Gather and understand business requirements for data visualization and analysis
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI reports and dashboards
• Create and maintain efficient data models and datasets in Power BI
• Develop custom visualizations and calculations using DAX and Power Query
• Integrate Power BI with various data sources such as SQL Server, Azure, and Excel
• Ensure data security and compliance with best practices
• Provide training and support to end users on using Power BI

Requirements

• Master's degree or advanced technical degree
• 4-6 years of industry experience in Power BI, Data Visualization, DAX, SQL, and Data modeling
• Proficiency in the Microsoft BI stack including Power BI and Power Apps
• Expert knowledge of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server for data manipulation and extraction
• Deep understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
• Ability to work US shift timings

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power BI certification
