Job description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SCCAF coordination among the client, general contractor, electrical contractor, and Olsson engineering team
  • Lead the SCCAF process from project kickoff through final reports and labels
  • Develop and maintain a detailed SCCAF schedule
  • Coordinate the flow of SCCAF information and deliverables, including requests for information, submittals, equipment data, settings, labels, study revisions, and final reports
  • Track required inputs and follow up with project partners to address missing information or field discrepancies
  • Plan, lead, and document SCCAF coordination meetings
  • Partner with technical teams to support quality and alignment between deliverables and construction documents
  • Identify schedule and project delivery risks early
  • Support project management activities including deliverable tracking, document control, and invoicing coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is strongly preferred; an associate degree with equivalent experience is required
  • 4+ years of experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
  • 2+ years of project management, project coordination, or related leadership experience
  • Familiarity with electrical engineering and design terminology
  • Understanding of project schedules, contracts, project financials, and documentation
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams
