Pre Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients on technical capabilities and deployment options
• Run discovery sessions and tailored demonstrations to gather technical requirements
• Support and manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
• Liaise with delivery teams to ensure accurate understanding of client platforms
• Collaborate with Product and Integration teams to deliver technical specifications
• Maintain and improve the internal knowledge base and RFP answers

Requirements

• Proven experience in pre-sales technical, engineering, or consulting roles
• Experience in card payments and authentication
• Technical awareness of EMVco standards, flows, and protocol versions
• Familiarity with Linux, cloud computing (Azure, AWS), and data types (CSV, XML, JSON)
• Strong academic background, preferably a Technology or scientific degree
• Ability to present complex concepts to executive-level stakeholders
