Responsibilities

• Assess territories available for sale for attractiveness and prioritize transactions
• Develop territory valuation in collaboration with Finance and Operational teams
• Develop negotiation strategy, deal terms, and LOI for transactions
• Lead end-to-end franchise acquisition processes from indication of interest to close
• Lead cross-functional due diligence processes with Finance, Operations, and Legal teams
• Develop and enhance transaction playbooks to improve speed and ROI
• Track, analyze, and present KPIs across acquired territories to executive leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, M&A, private equity, or corporate strategy
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects with Operations, Legal, and Finance stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage deal models and assess valuations

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Proven success driving transactions with banks, private equity, or institutional investors
• Experience in franchise M&A
• Familiarity with advanced AI-based tools such as Claude
