Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations for high-value insurer clients, ensuring delivery excellence from kickoff through long-term success.
  • Drive onboarding programs, define milestones, and maintain stakeholder alignment across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Executive teams.
  • Design and scale repeatable engagement frameworks, processes, and playbooks for implementation, customer success, and account management.
  • Manage program timelines, status reporting, executive readouts, and risk mitigation for strategic accounts.
  • Act as escalation owner for complex technical and commercial issues, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
  • Accelerate customer adoption and expansion through enablement, best practices, and proactive engagement.
  • Serve as Voice of the Customer: surface insights to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and improvements.
  • Continuously refine tools, KPIs, and methodologies to improve customer experience and delivery efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar accounts and large-scale enterprise programs.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, JSON, integrations, and basic data exchange concepts; able to collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills running executive-level meetings and readouts.
  • Experience building repeatable delivery frameworks and scaling customer success operations.
  • Bias for action, ownership mindset, and resilience in dynamic environments.

About the Company

Assured modernizes claims processing for large insurers by delivering software that powers end-to-end claims operations — from self-service claim filing to ML-driven decisioning and fraud detection. We partner with major insurers to reduce manual effort and accelerate accurate claims outcomes. This role is based in Dubai, UAE (Hybrid) — candidates must be based in or authorized to work from the UAE. The listed cash compensation range is in USD and will be discussed during the offer process.
