Principal FullStack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver full-cycle features from backend to frontend
• Evolve architecture focusing on scale, reliability, performance, and maintainability
• Prioritize competing demands from multiple teams with autonomy and critical vision
• Solve complex problems using AI and cutting-edge engineering

Requirements

• High proficiency in Python for backend development
• Knowledge of React for full-cycle delivery
• Solid experience with AWS infrastructure, integration, and deployment
• Proven experience in technical leadership and software development in high-complexity environments
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems architecture
• Ability to influence and collaborate with different stakeholders
• Intensive use of AI to accelerate engineering, automated testing, and observability

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of other software development areas and emerging technologies
• Experience with agentic and AI-assisted engineering (Claude Code, Codex, or similar)
• Experience in startup contexts or high-scale products
