Principal Product Manager (AI)

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for an AI-first product, balancing short-term human-assisted tools with long-term autonomous AI agents
• Shadow revenue specialists and dental office managers to translate industry tribal knowledge into structured product workflows
• Lead AI design patterns, including agentic workflows, human-in-the-loop UX, and AI-to-human escalation paths
• Define gradual autonomy models for AI decision-making and action

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• 3+ years of experience working specifically on AI/ML products
• Proven experience shipping products built with LLMs and agent frameworks
• Experience building agentic or human-in-the-loop systems
• Ability to prototype flows in code and manage evaluation infrastructure
