Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts for print and digital advertising across magazines, websites, newsletters, and social media
  • Develop integrated advertising and sponsorship packages combining print, digital, and event exposure
  • Identify and secure new advertising partnerships and sponsorship revenue streams
  • Execute integrated marketing strategies to drive audience growth, lead generation, and brand awareness
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
  • Conceptualize and manage in-person and digital events, including networking receptions and conferences
  • Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and on-site execution
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage marketing, sales, and event support staff

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, or media leadership
  • Proven success in selling print and digital advertising or integrated media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, and media industries
  • Existing book of business and established industry relationships preferred
  • Proficiency in SEO, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience planning and executing successful events and experiential marketing initiatives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Benefits

  • Base salary of $55,000 - $60,000
  • 20% commission structure
  • Quarterly bonus structure based on goal achievement ($1,250 to $5,000)
