Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors and assess pricing and quality
  • Evaluate and negotiate supplier agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions
  • Create and issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify procurement needs and specifications
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve invoice or delivery discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts and vendor information
  • Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreements
  • Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and principles
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for vendor relationship management
  • Knowledge of legal and commercial aspects of procurement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the real estate industry
