Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors and assess pricing and quality
- Evaluate and negotiate supplier agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Create and issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Work closely with internal teams to identify procurement needs and specifications
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve invoice or delivery discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts and vendor information
- Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreements
- Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and principles
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for vendor relationship management
- Knowledge of legal and commercial aspects of procurement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the real estate industry
