Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Provisioning and Integrations product roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Partner with internal development teams and third-party technical resources to evaluate and support new system integrations
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of the Cloud Provisioning Framework and API integration capabilities
• Research and document enterprise business processes, use cases, and user stories for complex software solutions
• Serve as a key point of contact for leadership on identifying functional, processing, and data use cases
• Analyze and capture complex business needs while translating them into technical requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON data structures, and API testing tools like Postman or Swagger
• Understanding of system integration concepts and data schemas
• Experience with product roadmap development and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Knowledge of broadband provisioning concepts and technologies, such as Fiber networks
• Understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel as necessary to meet position goals
