Product Compliance Counsel

Responsibilities

• Review and approve product specifications for websites and mobile apps
• Assess compliance risks related to product features, user journeys, and monetization models
• Review marketing materials and campaigns for compliance with applicable laws
• Advise Marketing teams on advertising, consumer protection, and promotional claims
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in relevant jurisdictions
• Monitor sanctions-related regulatory developments and support internal controls
• Participate in development and delivery of compliance trainings
• Review AI-enabled products and features for compliance with legal requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law
• Knowledge of consumer protection laws in the EU and USA
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising compliance laws in the EU and US
• Knowledge of EU and US digital legislature and AI governance
• Knowledge of Apple Store and Google Play guidelines
• Strong English language communication skills (B2+)
