Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product strategy for fiat cash rails, liquidity, and settlement.
  • Design and optimise treasury and banking partnerships to enable near-zero downtime liquidity for mass payouts and instant trading.
  • Improve pay-in acceptance rates across cards and bank transfers by optimising processors, fraud rules, and compliance checks.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and technical integrations for direct bank relationships.
  • Architect payment orchestration and dynamic routing logic across rails, jurisdictions, currencies, speed, and risk profiles.
  • Build scalable institutional on-ramp solutions (segregated accounts, high-value wires, bulk payout APIs).
  • Define and drive success metrics: time-to-fund/withdrawal, pay-in acceptance rates, and cost-per-transaction.
