Product Manager, Asset Management

Schneider Geospatial is a leading PE-backed GovTech SaaS company modernizing how governments serve their communities. Their GIS-based solutions power over 1,000 local governments, helping public agencies streamline parcel management, permitting, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision for the Asset Management product line
• Collaborate with the CPO to align product goals with business strategy
• Translate customer and market insights into a compelling roadmap
• Work with Engineering to translate requirements into actionable user stories and features
• Manage the product backlog using Agile methodologies
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales to support go-to-market strategies and product adoption
• Engage directly with clients to understand workflows and pain points

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, GovTech, or infrastructure management
• Experience with GIS, asset management, or related public-sector technologies preferred
• Familiarity with SaaS architectures including .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL
• Understanding of modern cloud environments (Azure) and web frameworks (Angular, React)
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira
• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Data-driven decision-making skills with strong analytical capabilities
