Product Manager - Data & AI Products

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data-intensive AI products
• Lead the development of data-driven features, including dashboards, models, and decision-support tools
• Work closely with data scientists to define analytical frameworks, models, and data pipelines
• Translate complex policy and business problems into scalable, data-backed product solutions
• Design and run experiments, including A/B testing and feature validation
• Translate business and analytical requirements into clear specifications for engineering and design teams
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through deployment and iteration
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, including government clients

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience in product management, ideally with data, analytics, or AI-driven products
• Strong understanding of data analytics, data science workflows, and quantitative problem-solving
• Experience with data platforms, dashboards, and analytical products
• Familiarity with machine learning or statistical modeling concepts
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Strong understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation methodologies
• Exceptional analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in economics, public policy, data science, or engineering
• Experience in consulting, the public sector, or economic development projects
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud and modern data architectures
