Responsibilities

• Discover user problems and needs through interviews on construction sites and sales meetings
• Narrow down solutions in collaboration with product design and engineering teams
• Write user stories and product requirement documents
• Lead engineering teams in building and releasing features that meet customer needs
• Communicate feature value to sales, marketing, and customer success teams
• Shape, refine, and execute against the product roadmap
• Define success metrics for new features and use data to guide iteration

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager at an enterprise SaaS company
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry (e.g., scheduler, project manager, field engineer) or construction tech software
• Experience owning the conception, development, and release of new features (0 to 1)
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineers
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for high-velocity value delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large, complex construction projects in the U.S.
• Knowledge of lean construction, CPM scheduling, or short-interval planning
