Product Manager Especialista

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap, aligning business objectives with customer needs
• Prioritize backlog based on data, customer value, and technical feasibility
• Translate business demands into clear, actionable requirements for development teams
• Conduct discovery processes with users and stakeholders to validate hypotheses
• Engage technically with the team to facilitate technology-based decisions
• Monitor product metrics and extract insights for strategic adjustments
• Ensure continuous value delivery through iterative improvement cycles

Requirements

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
• Knowledge of product metrics and observability
• Basic SQL for data exploration and analysis
• Understanding of REST APIs
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and cloud environments (preferably AWS)
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Use of AI for product discovery and productivity
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Familiarity with advanced BI and data visualization tools
• Knowledge of product lifecycle automation or multi-system integration
• Experience defining and evolving OKRs in agile environments
