Product Manager IV

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Translate strategy into Epics, Features, and User Stories
• Provide day-to-day leadership to UX, Engineering, QA, Documentation, and Database teams
• Own and ensure the integrity of the product backlog
• Build and maintain deep relationships with users, clients, and key constituents
• Gather feedback through Product Advisory Groups and client conversations
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop product sales strategies
• Collect and analyze market and competitive data
• Research opportunities for ethical AI and automation within product workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute rollout plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in a Product Manager role within a relevant industry
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including Agile Scrum, shift-left, and TDD
• Experience with Aha! or similar product management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Pragmatic Institute certification
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Power Platform, and M365
