Product Manager - Marketplace

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the marketplace and integration surfaces
• Optimize discovery, search, and the path from installation to working integration
• Define marketplace health metrics across both supply and demand
• Set quality standards and build review and versioning mechanisms
• Position the marketplace as a distribution layer for agent-driven development

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management on developer tools or marketplaces
• Proven experience building and growing two-sided surfaces (app stores, plugin ecosystems, or developer platforms)
• Strong bias toward speed and hands-on product experimentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with app stores or developer-platform distribution
• Strong instinct for agentic and code-first integrations
• Ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, remote environment
