Product Manager - Risk Compliance

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of customer workflows, business needs, and product requirements
• Contribute to product roadmap planning and backlog prioritization
• Participate in customer discovery sessions and product demonstrations
• Analyze customer requests to identify underlying needs and product opportunities
• Partner with engineering, design, QA, and sales teams to support product delivery
• Translate requirements into clear product documentation and user stories
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release activities
• Communicate product requirements, priorities, and status updates clearly
• Help manage expectations regarding product capabilities and delivery timelines

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management
• Skilled in working within Agile development environments
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives
• Experience working with established or legacy software products
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Figma
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, databases, or software development concepts
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies
