Schneider Geospatial is a leading PE-backed GovTech SaaS company modernizing how governments serve their communities. Their GIS-based solutions power over 1,000 local governments across 34 states, helping public agencies streamline parcel management, permitting, licensing, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision for Permitting & Licensing solutions
• Partner with the CPO and executive leadership to align strategy with market opportunities
• Translate customer feedback and regulatory trends into a compelling product roadmap
• Collaborate with Engineering to translate strategy into actionable user stories and technical priorities
• Manage product backlogs and drive execution using Agile methodologies
• Support Sales and Marketing through product demonstrations and launch planning
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand operational challenges and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, GovTech, or workflow automation
• Experience with permitting, licensing, inspections, or land management technologies strongly preferred
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into product strategy and roadmaps
• Familiarity with modern SaaS architectures (.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL) and Azure
• Understanding of modern web application frameworks like Angular or React
• Experience working with Agile teams and tools such as Jira
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Public Administration, or GIS

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with community development or related government technologies
• Strong analytical mindset using customer data and metrics to drive decisions
