Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Co-pilot the Case Management system and Dashboard UI/UX products
• Drive product adoption and identify new monetization opportunities
• Collaborate on building UI/UX flows and ensuring integration with KYC, KYB, and Transaction Monitoring systems
• Communicate directly with global enterprise clients to gather feedback and translate needs into requirements
• Champion product priorities with C-level stakeholders using data-backed reasoning
• Manage processes with two dedicated development teams

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience as a Mid to Senior Product Manager
• Experience in Fintech, Regtech, or SaaS
• Deep understanding of CRM systems
• Experience with KYC, KYB, or Transaction Monitoring products preferred
• Proficiency in English for client-facing communication
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to navigate diverse requirements of global clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in compliance, AML, or fraud operations
• Technical background or close experience working with engineering teams
