Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and evolution of the client HR-tech product suite
- Manage products including time & attendance, payroll, employee evaluation, and access control systems
- Write high-level product specifications and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver products on time
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Proven ability to write high-level product specifications and LLD documents
- Hands-on experience building a product or a full module from the ground up
- Strong project leadership and management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR-tech, workforce management, or attendance/access control systems
- Strategic, big-picture thinking capabilities
