Product Owner/Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to prioritize features aligned with business goals
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
• Support change management and process documentation for product rollouts
• Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and operational metrics
• Gather feedback post-deployment and drive continuous improvements
• Contribute to product enablement, launch materials, and training support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, backlog management, and stakeholder communication
• Proficiency in JIRA, Power BI, and process mapping tools (Visio)
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and facilitation skills
• Strong understanding of data visualization, product reporting, and cross-functional coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
